David Moll, The Old Swan's manager, loves good grub and cooking

quality pub classics. A local of Llantwit Major, David enjoys

walking along Llantwit beach, football and supping a pint

of our current guest ale with the locals (when the kitchen’s

closed of course.)

 

We're delighted to welcome back Head Chef Phil Donovan

to The Swan. Phil originally joined The Swan as Chef de partie

 

but then left to gain further experience at Woods Brasserie and

 

more recently The Discovery. He is well known to our locals and

 

is already making a great impact on the menu.
