The welcoming face behind the bar is that of our General


Manager, Francois Commeureuc. Francois originally started

 

his career with Knife & Fork Food Ltd in Woods Brasserie,

 

joining as a waiter and  moving up through the ranks to General

 

Manager. Francois has spent 18 months working in restaurants

 

around Europe and happily returns to us. 

 

Passionate about food, wines, beer, and customer service,

 

he is the perfect recipe for the position!

 

Our new Head Chef is Harris Lloyd. Harris joined as a

 

Commis Chef several years ago and is another example of a

 

home grown success story for the Company.
