About us
The welcoming face behind the bar is the Conway’s Manager
Neil Delahay. There’s nothing Neil doesn’t know about beer,
food and running a pub, and he’s more than happy to share his
knowledge and enthusiasm with the clientele.
William (Bill) Gott is the Head Chef, coming from The Blue Anchor
in Aberthaw, our fellow entry in The Michelin Pub Guide,
so he comes with great experience under his belt and plenty of
new menu ideas for The Conway!
Some of our regulars bring in home grown produce for us
to incorporate into menus. We can’t get more seasonal,
fresh and local than that!
The Conway Signature Dish
The seasonal game board. Poached & confit quail, seared rabbit
loin, kidney, rabbit & quail scotch egg, oyster mushrooms,
salt baked turnip and wild garlic.
