The Directors of Knife & Fork Food are Sharon Noakes, Sean Murphy

 

Serge Luceau, with Sean and Serge being the public faces


of the Company, along with Stefan Nilsson, the Executive Chef.


 

Having worked with Gordon Ramsey and Paul Rankin among


many,  Sean has become a highly accomplished chef who truly


loves food. His strong influence in the kitchens has ensured that

 

we can confidently say, everything is cooked on site by 


our chefs in the kitchen. The only exception is our bread,


because our local baker bakes it better, and the occasional dessert


made by an ex-pastry chef of ours! Now Managing Director, Sean has

 

been able to confidentally relinquish much of the kitchen and menu

 

responsibility to Stefan. 

 

 

Born and literally raised into the French restaurant trade, Serge

 

uses his experience and knowledge of wines & spirits to


ensure they couple perfectly with our food offerings.


Serge’s absolute passion for the company’s ethos

 

and excellent customer service, is never in question. He 

 

has since been appointed Operations director but never loses

 

sight of the customer experience. 

 

 

Stefan has been promoted to the position from Head Chef

 

in The Conway. He has earned his Chef's stripes in some of

 

Europe's finest Michelin starred restaurants. He has a passion

 

for food like no other, and experiments with flavours and

 

ingredients to produce something just that bit unusual!
