If you like what we do at The Conway and The Pilot,

you'll feel right at home at The Discovery. You will recognise

 

many of our staff who have moved across from Woods Brasserie,

The Conway & The Pilot, as well as a lot of our senior team helping to

 

ensure a smooth opening few weeks. Our man at the helm,

 

General Manager, Gareth Morgan, joins with a wealth of experience of

 

running pubs. Stefan Nilsson, the Company's Executive Chef,

 

is responsible for those delicious dishes placed in front of you.  

 

Always welcoming feedback, Stefan loves to share his innovative

and occasionally quirky ideas with the customers.
