Head Chef Stefan Nilsson earned his chefs’ stripes in Europe’s

         

finest Michelin starred restaurants. Stef loves mixing seasonal

        

& local* ingredients with his experience to create a really tasty

            

daily menu for the Conway.

 

 

The welcoming face behind the bar is the Conway’s Manager

        

Neil Delahay. There’s nothing Neil doesn’t know about beer,

         

and he’s more than happy to share his knowledge – dare you ask.

 

 

*Some of our regulars bring in home grown produce for Stefan

         

to incorporate into his menus. We can’t get more seasonal,

            

fresh and local than that!

 

 

The new Conway team is delighted to be Cardiff’s first

    

entry in the Michelin Pub Guide.

 

 

Signature Dish

       

From our classic blackboard menu, try our Hake, new

 

potatoes, samphire and cask cider sauce. Our Halloumi

 

Stack is served with sweet pepper and Avocado Butter,

 

chips and onion rings.
