Directors Sean Murphy & Serge Luceau are the public faces

of Knife & Fork Food Ltd.

Having worked with Gordon Ramsey and Paul Rankin among

many,  Sean has become a highly accomplished chef who truly

loves food. Because of his influence, everything is cooked on

site by our chefs in the kitchen. The only exception is our bread,

our local baker makes some fabulous breads in Wales, that’s

why we use him!

Born and raised in the French restaurant trade, Serge uses

his experience and knowledge of wines, spirits and ales to

ensure they couple perfectly with our seasonal dishes.

Serge’s absolute passion for the company’s ethos,

uncomplicated seasonal food, great wines and excellent

customer service, is never in question.
